I ran into Ed at the Ronstadt Center and he's now living a Primavera instead of the 4 bedroom apartment he had through JEC. As he put it, that's what happens when you "piss dirty."
Addiction is one problem that the homeless have that doesn't seem to be addressed very well in Tucson.
